Monthly settlements stay in the right month
Improvements
Monthly settlements stay in the right month
When you settle up from the dashboard in Monthly view, Diariva now closes debts for that month only—not your whole history mixed together. Settle All follows the same rule, so May and April stay separate.
Settlements page shows only what concerns you
On the Settlements page, the year and month overviews now list transfers you were part of. You won’t see other people’s private settlements between each other, and each month shows its own activity instead of repeating the same undone items everywhere.
Everyone involved sees the right edit screen for locked fixed expenses
If a fixed expense was already marked paid or included in a settlement, payers and split members now see the same helpful screen as the person who created it—close the period and start a continuation instead of editing amounts directly.
Smarter receipt imports
Scanning receipts is gentler when you hit your limit, old draft data is cleaned up automatically, and Diariva is better at spotting duplicate receipts and similar expenses so you don’t enter the same purchase twice by mistake.
Bug Fixes
Settle up and Mark paid work again on the dashboard
The Settle up and Mark paid buttons in settlement details respond when you tap them, so you can settle with each person without workarounds.
Deleting a settled fixed expense is blocked for everyone
Even the person who created a fixed expense can no longer delete it after someone confirmed payment or it was settled. You’ll see the same clear “Deletion restricted” message as everyone else, and the app won’t allow a delete that could break your records.
Monthly settle no longer leaves wrong leftover balances
Settling one person’s debt for a month no longer accidentally changes what you owe someone else for that same month. Balances after settle should match what you saw before you confirmed.
