Give each workspace its own color
Every workspace can have a theme color that tints buttons and accents across the app—so you can tell them apart at a glance. As the owner, you set the default in workspace settings. If you joined someone else’s workspace, you can pick your own color just for you; it won’t change what other members see. On the Workspaces page, each card shows its color and has a quick palette button to change yours.
Subscription page when you’re a workspace member
If you joined a shared workspace, you can open Subscription from the header and see the owner’s plan, workspace name, and your access—without being sent back to the dashboard. The header also shows the workspace plan (Upgrade, Pro, or Pro+) with a shared-workspace icon so you always know where you are.
AI Import credits — one pool, you decide who shares it
Receipt photos and bank statement imports now draw from one credit pool across all workspaces you own. On Subscription, the AI Import credits card shows how many you have left, what each file type costs (photo ×1, PDF ×2), and who used credits this month. As the owner, flip Member access to let invited teammates import using your credits—or turn it off so only you can.

Clearer Subscription page and import credits card
The subscription page is now titled Subscription (not a vague Manage label). The AI Import credits card is easier to scan: a big remaining number, a simple progress bar, photo/PDF cost badges, and help pop-ups—same style as dashboard info dialogs on desktop and mobile.
Diariva remembers your last workspace
When you sign in again, Diariva opens the workspace you were using last—even if you didn’t choose “keep my data” on this device. Handy when you switch between personal and shared spaces.
Bug Fixes
Quick-add fills the amount from your last similar expense
Tapping a quick tag or a past expense to prefill the form now brings back the amount too—not just category and notes. Works across the workspace when you’ve logged that expense before.
Subscription and credits refresh after checkout
After you upgrade, renew, or buy import credits, the app refreshes your plan and balances right away so you don’t need a full reload to see what changed.
