Import bank and card activity from a screenshot

No more typing every coffee run and grocery shop by hand. In Upload receipt, you can now upload a screenshot of your bank or card app’s transaction list—the same flow you already use for receipts. Diariva spots that it’s an activity list (not a single receipt), reads each row, and prepares them as variable expenses you can add in one batch. Review the list, tick the ones you want, tweak a category if needed, and confirm once. One AI import covers the whole screenshot.

Improvements

Review each transaction before you import

After a transaction-list scan, you see every detected row in one place—merchant, date, amount, and suggested category. Select only the expenses you want, skip refunds or rows you don’t need, and edit details for any row before saving. Rows that can’t be added (for example when the budget month is closed) are clearly marked so nothing silently disappears.

Refunds and incoming credits are recognized automatically

When your bank list includes money coming back in—refunds, cashback, or transfers—Diariva marks those rows as credits so you don’t accidentally log them as spending. You stay in control: review them like any other row and import only what makes sense.
